Our new plan in addition to lifting the house is to add a widows watch (rooftop deck) and new siding to the Sea Glass Cottage.  We have the drawings submitted but are awaiting approval from Cape May HPC.  Fingers crossed!   Hoping for construction to begin in the fall to be ready by spring.

This is the siding that we have chosen.  Poverty beach has some beautiful homes to model after!!!
